The tutorials are succinct audio visual sessions focusing on specific management or coaching themes. You can fully control each session i.e. Pause forward / rewind, enlarge / reduce screen, or go directly to any part of any session by clicking on its slide title.
Tutorials vary in length from 4 through to 20+ minutes, the average is 9 minutes. This means the tutorials are short enough not get in the way of your busy schedule and you can access them just when you need them providing you with the "pit-stop" you are looking for.
Each tutorial also provides you with templates, exercises or bulletins to download whenever you want them. Each download is in PDF format. There are over 100 for you to access , download and use just when you want them.
