Trisha is a customer service specialist with experience of growing people and businesses to achieve sustainable results. She has over 20 years direct experience in education, training and development and has worked as a trainer, consultant and coach for a number of public and private sector industries including: HMRC, MOD, The Passport Office, HSE, Center Parcs, Millenium & Copthorne, Hotels, The Caravan Club, Tourism South East. Trisha is a qualified NLP Practitioner and a qualified teacher and works with a range of industry sectors but specialises in the tourism, hospitality and leisure industry. She has worked as an Assessor and Advisor for the Investors in People Standard since 1992 and recently became a Health & Wellbeing Award Assessor. She is also an EFQM Assessor. Trisha offers a wide range of skills and management development programmes and processes. She works with individuals (providing one to one coaching), groups (delivering a range of workshops/training to develop teams) and organisations (to enhance performance) to promote High Performance Working Practices. Trisha is also a Master Trainer for Tourism South East and an Associate with a number of training providers where she has been involved in the development and delivery of training programmes and consultancy projects.
