I work as part of your team to provide practical 'hands on' support with HR strategy and any staff issues. I also provide fun and lively training on a range of people management topics - chalk and talk are banned! I support my clients to develop their confidence in dealing with difficult people issues - I feel strongly that as my clients competence increases, that my input should decrease. I work with a range of organisations and really enjoy being able to share good ideas and practices for people to consider. I also run the only accredited programme with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) for disciplinary panel members/ decision makers, workplace investigators and contact advisors.
