I believe that high performing people are essential to organisational success but that managers hold the key to getting the best out of their people. What I do is help managers to develop the capabilities they require to ensure their people perform to their potential. I don't tell managers what to do. I don't use lots of management jargon. I do help managers to understand that their role is to develop the individuals - so that the team has the collective capacity to get the job done. I work with either individual or groups of managers to provide them with a range of practical techniques that they can start using straight away.
