He has worked with hundreds of clients - organisations of all shapes and sizes and from a wide range of sectors - and is passionate about achieving the right balance between commercial objectives and a supportive leadership and management culture - ensuring that managers get the best from their people in order to improve business results. Kevin has held senior management positions and directorships in a number of South West companies, one of which he developed into a national franchise operation.
