Dr. Clifford Sparrowhawk has worked with IBP (previously known as CQL) since April 2001, having previously worked for the London Assessment Centre as an IIP Assessor and Advisor. His current role as involves direct delivery of consultancy activities including change management and training programmes. Dr. Clifford also provides coaching and mentoring for key specialists and leads on identification, analysis and bringing on stream new business areas. Dr. Clifford works with an extensive pool of clients ranging from large established corporations through to start-up businesses, creating value and maximising business performance through the effective management of people.
Dr. Clifford is an accomplished self-starter with access to multi-faceted and practical business and entrepreneurial skills including strategic planning, project management, training development and delivery. Proven interpersonal and presentational ability and broad experience in the management of major capital and organisational development projects earns a reputation for incisive analysis, commercial flair, nous, flexibility and a grasp of the big picture. Highlights of his IBP career include: achieving a very high standard of consultancy provision personally and through associates on a broad range of related activities and to a wide spectrum of clients; creating a unique comprehensive model for testing prospective new business opportunities and establishing the e-Management suite of products and services.
As an independent consultant, Dr. Clifford has undertaken numerous assignments for manufacturing and service sector businesses ranging from FT-SE 500 to micro organisations. Other projects have included derivation of business plans, obtaining venture capital and other sources of finance, product development, risk analysis and capital investment rationing proposals, market analysis some with international focus, advising on business ethics strategy and protection of intellectual property, operations/ process design and project planning from inception to growth and divestment options.
